She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Alden and Marjorie Rose Zarske; her husband Jim Theis; her daughters, Jennifer Luebke and Laura Tillman (Kevin); her siblings, John Zarske, Peg Lazarchic (Rich) and Mary Buchmann (Norbert); her aunt Catie; her sister-in-law Cathy Wojkiewicz (John); her grandchildren, Will, Addie Luebke, Westen, Carter and Xander Tillman; and her siblings-in-law, John Theis Jr., Thomas Theis and Helen Ann Scheurman. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol's memory may be directed to Kathy's House Inc., SSM Cancer Center, or Healing Paws of Fond du Lac.
