Kosloske of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, born in Van Dyne, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 93, on November 9, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Krueger and Edna Krueger (Wade); her husband Maurice E. Kosloske; and her sister Betty Streeter (Everett). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kosloske (Debra) of Madison, Connie Mensch (Steven) of Oconomowoc, Judy Gudmundson (Tom) of Sheboygan, Sheila Klintworth (Jeffrey) of Oshkosh and Joel Kosloske (Terri) of Oakfield. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to Agnesian Hospice in Carol's name.
