He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert H. Bestor and Edna Stearns Bestor; his son Terry; his brother Jack; his parents-in-law, Edward and Jeannette Steffes; his son-in-law James E. Wagner; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Steffes (Marge), Eugene Schneider, Joseph E. Koll and Gerald Steffes.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Steffes; his children, Suzanne Coats (Gregory), John Bestor (Ellen), Joanne Duley (Randy), Barbara Gonyo (Tyler) and Todd Bestor (Jill); his grandson Brian Bestor (Brenda); his great grandchildren, Zachary, McKenzie and Bo; his grandson Brad Bestor (Stacy); his great grandchildren, Ben, Bryce and Bray; his grandson Justin Bestor (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Camille, Drew, Rebecca Megahan (Seth), Jennifer Olsgaard (Jacob), Stephen Duley, Kelsey Gonyo (Jake), Tony Bestor and Jeannie Bestor; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Schneider, Betty Koll and Gayle Steffes; and also, Sutter, Harper, Owen, Blake and Paxton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family.
