He was predeceased by : his mother Therese Sampson (Berg); and his niece Becky. He is survived by : his father Donald Sampson (Ferne); and his siblings, Dennis Sampson (Martha), Dale Sampson (Ann), Kay Rubin (Barry), Dean Sampson (Cindy) and Mary Laudolff (Mark). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
