He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Guth; his children, Steven Miller (Nancy) of Brevard, NC and Lynn Sweet (Scott) of Oshkosh, WI; his granddaughter Heidi Hudson (Rad); his great grandchildren, Piper, Penny, Rad II, Joseph Miller (Katie) of Okatie, SC and Amanda Sweet (Jacob Fraser) of Hermosa Beach, CA; his grandchild Ashley Bagby (Jason) of Everett, WA.; and his sister Patricia Holfeltz of West Bend, WI..
