He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Arellano and Emelia Lugo Arellano Sr.; and his granddaughter Adriana Spoto. He is survived by: his wife Julia Arellano of Fond; his children, Maria Spoto (Paolo) of Fond, Pedro Arellano III (Kristina) of Fond, Roque Arellano (Jamie) of Fond and Lac; his grandchildren, Daniela Spoto and Rafael Arellano; and his siblings, Liandro Arellano (Margaret), Esther Day (Gerald) of Fond, Martha Patterson of Fond and Lac. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other friends and family.
