He is survived by: his sons, Adam J. Johnson (Leslie) of Lake Mills and Joseph Johnson (Tiffany) of Waukesha; his siblings, Donna Evans (Jim) of California, Roy Johnson (Susan) of Jefferson, Tina Scott (Mark) of Georgia, Steven Johnson (Charleen) of Helenville, Cynthia Howard (Scott) of Jefferson, Brenda Atwood (Curtis) of California, David Endl of Georgia and Dawn Ganser (Roger) of Jefferson; and his grandson Dylan Johnson.
