He was predeceased by: his stepsister Christine Barrett; his uncle Gary Smith; and his aunt Bumbard. He is survived by: his mother Sally Smith (Boese); his wife Lorey Sanders; his father Chuck Smith (Carol); his sister Michelle Smith; his pets, Abby and Maggie May; his nephew Levi; and his aunts, Barbara Huber and Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

If desired, memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.
