He was predeceased by: his parents, Obrey Carter and Ura Carter (Barker); his wife Judith Ann Moreau; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his children, Tim Carter (Karyl) of Beloit, Michael Carter (Taressa) of Rockford, IL, Lori Carter of Fort Atkinson and Mark Carter (Truda Rogers) of South Beloit, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Keith, Joseph, Heather, Jesse, Amanda, Jacob and Brittany; and his siblings, Edward Carter (Jan), Bonnie Fowler (Jim), Junior Carter and Judy Kay Carter.
