He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Evelyn. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Koch; his children, Julaine Vorwald (Joe) of Fort Atkinson and Daniel Kleinhans (Shari) of Nekoosa; his grandchildren, Lance Eisele (Erin), Brooke Schultz (Tyler), Jason Kleinhans, Allison Kleinhans and Matthew Kleinhans; his great grandchildren, Aubree Schultz, Landyn Schultz, Sloan Eisele and Cora Eisele; and his brother Jim Kleinhans (Penny) of Whitewater.
