We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2019, at the age of 61, Julie Ann Farnsworth (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Lewis Farnsworth (Marion) of Evansville; her brothers, Jeff (Susan) of Evansville and Larry of Madison; and her mother Phyllis. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Janesville or the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin in Julie's name.
