She was predeceased by: her parents, Muriel O'Neill and Millard Miller; and her brother David O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband James H. Perry; her children, Sandra and Timothy; her grandchildren, Alyssa Johnson and Scott Johnson; and her siblings, Chuck, James, John O'Neill and Peggy Czapko. She is also survived by friends as a purveyor of parties, always with enough food to feed an army; as a pillar of strength and leadership, with delegating powers everyone adored; and as a people-loving, peacock-loving, purple-loving, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
