Mike Phelps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike Phelps (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin), born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on July 22, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Phelps and Mary Lou Phelps (Willer). He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his brother Larry Phelps; his children, Jason Phelps of Cross Plains, Melissa Willkomm (Todd) of Johnson Creek and Brian Phelps (Sarah) of Appleton; and his grandchildren, Melinda, Melody, Ethan, Matthew, Aubrey, Micah, Penelope and Emilia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials and donations can be made to the Guardian Angel scholarship fund at St. Joseph Catholic School in Fort Atkinson.
