He is survived by: his parents, Harold and Marilynn; his sister Dr. Melissa Miller; his brother-in-law Max McNally of Durham, NC; and his uncle Len Miller (Wendy) of Collingwood. He is also survived by relatives in Canada and numerous friends and co-workers.
