He was predeceased by: his father John Chase; and his aunt Arlene Schimmel. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Chase (Sly); his wife Michelle Chase; his daughters, Katelyn and Julie Chase; his stepdaughters, Celina Kurth and Alicia Puerling; his sisters, Becky Elliott (Tim), Roxanne Wells (Jamie) and Lori Hechtler (Harvey); and his uncle Skip Schimmel. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
