He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris V. Moen and Beatrice Moen (Strand). He is survived by: his wife Mickey Horgan-Moen; his son Brian Moen (Lauren); his granddaughters, Julianna and Isabella; Michael Horgan (Gloria), Nate, Stephen Horgan (Kris), Liam, Jack, Charlie Horgan (Jennifer) and Hannah.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials in his name may be made to Patriot K9's of Wisconsin.
