She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Sudie Lee Osborne Anderson; and her brother Gary Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Elton Winger; her children, Amy Spears (Kevin) and Christopher Winger; her stepchildren, Jody Winger and Jeanna Winger; her grandchildren, Kathryn Spears, Elizabeth Spears, Justin Bruce (Joni), Codi Papcke (Alyssa) and Jorie Maasz; and her sister Donna Smith (Marty). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
