He is survived by : his wife Theresa Mazur; his children, Chad Ebert (Heather), Jessica Stauffacher (Bob), Rikki Wearing (John) and Scott Ebert (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Chase (Jett Ebert), Trent (Courtney Stauffacher) and Bryant (Paxton Wearing); and his sister Leola Ellsworth.
