He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanie Stone; his mother Patricia Page; his stepfather Charles A. Page; his grandparents, Louie Russell and Millie Zychowitz; his stepgrandfather Joseph Zychowitz; and his uncle Charles Cavanaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ambrose, Joseph Orick and Crystal Mahoney (Matt); his grandchildren, James Stone, Cassie Stone, Brooklynn Retzer-Orick, Audreyanah Peterson-Orick, Skyler Allen, Ashton Diamond, Jaxsin Wedde, Jonah Wedde and Caleb Albiter; his siblings, Dale Elwort (Brenda), Gail Dobbs, Charles Page and Teresa Carlton (Mike); and his siblings' children, Michael "Mikie" Carlton (Naomi) and Bethany Spaw (Adam). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
