He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Poley (Miga) and Howard Poley; his brother-in-law Sal Amico; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Delores Knuth (Daron).
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy; his children, Jennifer, Robert, Christopher (Rana), Michael (Nicole), Benjamin and Heather; his grandchildren, Kirsten Just (Jordan Schuyler), Justin and Chip; his siblings, Linda Amico, James Poley (Terry) and Katie McWilliam (Chay); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Knuth (Holly) and Greg Knuth (Brian). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to the Brown County Veterans Association or Ascension Lutheran Church.
