He is survived by: his former wife Susan Lepak; his wife Sue Golueke; his siblings, Alan Golueke and Dianne Kriegel; his siblings-in-law, Darlene Kraszewski (Alan), Donnie Lepak (Moni), Geno Lepak, Jerry Lepak (Jayne), Allen Lepak (Maria) and Dean Lepak; and his siblings' children, Bill Kriegel (Sherri), Joe Kriegel (Dawn), Andy Kriegel (Shannon), Jessica Kriegel (Chuck), Scott Schwartz (Sue), Todd Schwartz (Sarah), Danielle Sherman (Rick), Kelton Lepak, Alex Lepak (Courtney), Brady Lepak, Meghan Lepak (Charlie) and Amanda Lepak Preceding.
