She is survived by : her husband Sam Burch; her close friend Sam Burch; her daughters, Tearrie Farrell, Samiya, Samone, Samore and Sammich Burch; her grandson Ja'mir Humphrey; her brothers, Eluster (Heather), Maurice (Lisa) and Jeremy (Amy); her uncle Willie Scott, Jr.; her great-uncles and great-aunts, John Scott (Rebecca), Orville Stevens, Catherine Marie Young (Jimmy) and Lavonia; and her godmother Diane Caldwell of Evergreen Park, IL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
