She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lange and Lisetta Lange (Pahnke); her daughter Lisa Horn (David); her brother Alden Lange (Ruth); and her sister-in-law Glen Johnson (Marie).
She is survived by: her former husband Norris Johnson; her husband Donald Clusen; her children, Mark Johnson (Sandy), Jean Hoffman (Doug) and Paul Johnson (Judy); her son-in-law David Horn; and her grandchildren, Lance Johnson (Cassie), Gena Heminover (Chad), Leah Baugnet, Sarah Baugnet, Alyssa Wickman (Andrew), Ben Johnson (Taylor Poore), Lisetta and Claire Horn. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy a Memorial Fund has been established in her name to benefit: The American Cancer Society, The Alzheimer's Association and Messiah EV Lutheran Church.
