He was predeceased by : his father Larry Ess. He is survived by : his mother Jane Van Ess (Kimps); his brother Chad (Jenny); his nieces and nephews, Blair (Carly) and Brady (Madison); his brother Darren (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Derek (Grace) and Landin (Lindsay). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Animal Humane Society in his memory.
