She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Samz and Frances Samz (Reuter); her siblings, Bernard (Shirley), Edward (Phyllis), Joseph (Audrey), Michael (Dorothy), Roland (Marie), William (Annette), Marie La Fond (Gary), Frances Kornely (John), Katherine Tomcheck (Francis) and Eleanore Kattner (John); and her brother-in-law Robert Koch.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Koch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
