She is survived by: her mother Beverly DeJardin; her boyfriend Jeff Clarke; her children, Jonathan and Jessica; her grandson Logan; her siblings, Steve DeJardin (Cheryl), Jay DeJardin (Karen) and Ashley Bradford; her stepparents, Beverly Schmude (Ed) and Barb DeJardin; and her close friends, Sheila, Neil O'Connor, Brad and Sean. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
