She was predeceased by: her parents, David Caldwell and Lucille Caldwell (Kneipper); her husband John Bettinger; and her sister Sandy Vieth. She is survived by: her siblings, Cindie Zemlicka (John), Patrick Caldwell (Mary), Julie Lemma (Steve) and Amy Hobbins (Jim); her stepson John Paul Bettinger (Brandee); her stepgrandchildren, John and Lauren; her stepdaughter Katie Graham (Greg); her stepgrandchildren, Sean and Madison; her siblings' children, Jack Zemlicka (Katie Klein), Amanda Grundle (Joe), Chad Vieth (Sarah), Michael Vieth (Lisa), Matt Caldwell (Alicia), Jake Caldwell (Rushal Sedlemyer), Sam Caldwell (Haylee), Matt Hobbins (Madeleine), Brett Hobbins (Meghan) and Elena Hobbins (Mason Ballweg); her siblings-in-law, Gary Vieth and Julie Brogan; Mike Charette. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
