He is survived by: his wife Mary Van Handel; his children, Walter Hacker III (Tina) and Annette DuPrey (John); his grandchildren, Kristina Hacker (Eddie Davis), Walter Hacker IV (Cindy Kuntze), Keifer Rosio, Beau DuPrey (Grace), Tabitha DuPrey and Olivia Herdt (Collin); his great grandchildren, Walter V, Zachery, Zoe, Ailani, Cain, Uriah and Genesis; and his siblings, Rosalie Calawerts (Dan), Ida Laubenstein and Robert Hacker (Jean).
