Jeffrey P. Sesolak Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2019, at the age of 56, Jeffrey P. Sesolak (Greenville, Wisconsin), born in Tomah, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey P. Sesolak to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Sesolak and Arliss Sesolak (Erdman); his brother Brent; his brother-in-law Steve Welch; and his nephew Cody Sesolak.

He is survived by : his wife Diane Giraud; his daughters, Carly Kowitz, Julia Treadwell (Nathan) and Alexanne Sesolak; his grandchildren, Ezra, Maddox and Finn; his siblings, Brian Sesolak and Jill Welch; his mother-in-law Myrna Sommerfeldt (Richard); and his brothers-in-law, Don Giraud (Sherri), Keith Giraud, Craig Giraud (Michelle) and Todd Giraud (Laurie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Immanuel Lutheran Church and School.
