She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hechel and Hilda Hechel (Krull); her husband Gerald R. Batzler; and her siblings, Margaret LeMere (Michael), Michael Hechel and Melvin Hechel.
She is survived by: her sons, Todd Batzler (Terri) of Hortonville, WI and Scott Batzler of Stephensville, WI; her grandchildren, Robert Batzler (Savannah Lawrence) of Fairborn, OH and Erin Batzler (Adam Olson) of Stevens Point, WI; her siblings, Emmy Hechel and Daniel Hechel (Carolyn); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Hechel and Kay Hechel Roy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hills Lutheran Church (N1615 Meadowview Dr, Greenville, WI 54942). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
