He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Pay and Margaret Van Pay (Blaejeski). He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo; his children, Jenny Gilson (Don) and Jon Van Pay (Caitlen); and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jadyn, Jocelyn, Alyvia, Ayden, Jackson and Bentley. He is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews.
