He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose E. Horn (Hasse) and Otto M. Horn; his sister Jean Carol; and his grandson Grant Delzer. He is survived by : his wife Lois A. Ebert; his daughters, Denise Horn of Marshfield, Amy Horn-Delzer (Brent) of Janesville and Melanie Bottemiller (Neil) of Prior Lake, MN; his grandchildren, Hannah Christenson (Paul), Clark Delzer, Michaela Delzer, Laine, Leah and Logyn Bottemiller; and his great grandchildren, Brenley, Summit and Vesper Christenson.
