She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Schultz and Joan Schultz; and her brother Reynold Schultz. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Merickel (Jonathon) and Stacy Budzien (Matthew Ruckman); her grandchildren, Addelyn, Nathan Merickel, Erin, Breanne and Sean Ruckman; her brother Brian Schultz (Jody); and her aunt Karen Jurik (late Tony). She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Liver Foundation.
