He was predeceased by : his parents, Rex Eakins and Dolores Eakins; his wife Wilma Ione Grant; his children, Diana Schoenoff and Gordon; and his brothers, Lyle, Vernon and Marvin.
He is survived by : his children, Tim Eakins (Rose) of Webster, WI, Michael Eakins (Linda), Judy Kennedy (Brian) and Linda Offner (Kevin) of Woodville, WI; and his grandchildren, Tony, Cory, Lisa, Mariah, Brian, Benjamin, Julie, Angela, Danielle, Stephanie, Madeline, Abigail and Zachary. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
