He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Schraufnagel and Alice Schraufnagel. He is survived by: his wife Mary Schwartz; his grandson Joseph Schraufnagel (Rachel); his great grandchildren, William, Lucy and Henry; his sister Rose Vollmer (Ron); his son John Schraufnagel; his parents-in-law, Peter and Regina Schwartz; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen, Evelyn, Rita, Donald and Peter Schwartz (Peg). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
