Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Ann Borlen (Hartford, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 79, on October 27, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Conn and Phoebe Conn (McIntosh); her in-laws, Dominic and Millie Borlen; her sisters, Kathleen Flannery (Ward Flannery), Angie Deaton (Gerald), Sandy Rogers (Robert) and Christine Ison (Francis); her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Conn and Mary Jo Borlen; her brothers, Bud, Ben (Teri), Gary and Phil Conn (Ginny); and her brother-in-law Bill Reeves.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Borlen; her children, Jackie Haeft (Ben) and Dominic Borlen; her granddaughters, Isabelle and Katelyn Haeft; and her siblings, Leroy Conn (Henrietta), Millie Haines (Art), Audrey Reeves, Dorothy Kegley (Dennis), Bill Conn and Debbie Derrickson (Lee). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (4886 WI-175, Hartford, WI 53027). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a scholarship in Pat's name through the HUHS Scholarship Foundation.
