He was predeceased by: his father Julio César Briseño. He is survived by: his daughter Nevaeh; his mother Jean; his siblings, Joshua and Valeria; and his grandparents, Gary and Sherry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Nevaeh Briseño's education fund set up by Jean Briseño.
