She was predeceased by: her siblings, John, James, Catherine and Mary Ellen. She is survived by: her parents, John Dugan and Charlotte Dugan (Cumming); her husband Joseph of Hayward; her children, Natalie Grisham (Jim) of Baldwin, MS, Nadine Urban of New Lennox, IL, Brian Kosek (Laura) of Chicago, IL, John Kosek of Chicago, IL, Char Barton (Patrick) of La Crosse, WI, Dawn Taylor (Dennis) of Sandstone, MN and Joseph Urban (Nikki) of Hayward, WI; her grandchildren, Morgan (Cole), Amanda, Jamie (Matthew), Sarah, Brianna, Lauren, Emily, Amber and James; and her great grandchild Gabriel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
