She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabriel Nieves and Isabel Nieves; and her husband Manuel B. Gallegos. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Abrams (Jeff) of Winter, WI, Richard Gallegos (Michael Wirthlin) of Freemont, CA and Michael Gallegos (JoAnne) of Mount Pleasant, SC. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
