Eleanor F. Sanders Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor F. Sanders of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor F. Sanders to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Alt and Imelda Alt (Banfield); her husband Bill; her daughter Diane Adams; her siblings, Mary Brady (Jack), Evelyn Brecht, Joseph and Patrick Alt; and her brother-in-law Carl Wiegel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Harris of Reno, NV, Jackie Sanders of Reno, NV and Debbie Busch (Dale) of Hazel Green, WI; her son-in-law Ray Adams; her grandchildren, Mitch Busch (Laura), Michael Busch (Emily), Kelly Knuckey (Ryan), Kristi Martin (Kiel), Katie Harris (Matthew O'Brien) and Casey Adams; her siblings, Shirley Lex (Bob) of Dubuque, IA, Patricia Wiegel of Dubuque, IA, Mike Alt (Sandy) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Leonard Alt of Milwaukee, WI; and her brother-in-law Ken Brecht of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory (2424 STATE ROAD 80 # 825, Cuba City, WI 53807). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (2630 N Main St, Hazel Green, WI 53811).
In lieu of plants & flowers, an Eleanor F. Sanders Memorial Fund has been established.
