He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Lighthall and John Lighthall; his stepdaughter Nancy Mihlbauer; his brother Jack; and his brother-in-law Edward Swenson.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Kroll; his stepchildren, Deborah Wolter (Daniel) and Wayne Lighthall; his daughter Debbie; his sister Jean; his granddaughter Melissa Walkowski (Robert); his great grandchildren, Riley, Kendall, Leighton and Beckett; and his sister-in-law Betty Lighthall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
