He is survived by: his spouse Donise Westphal; his sons, Jeff, Neil (Wendy), Ted (Michelle), Matthew (Megan) and Marques (JuliAnn); his grandchildren, Kyle, Jordan, Emma, Brett, Ashley, Whitney, Jocelynn, Kayden, Mylah and Kase Gerald; his nephew Scott Westphal; his siblings, Karen Hanusa and Terry Crary (Peggy); and his brothers-in-law, Kent Westphal (Karen), Keith Westphal, Darrell Westphal (Mary) and David Westphal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
