It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte M. Pagel of Horicon, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edmund Heid and Evelyn Heid (Prag); her husband Buddy; her sister Elizabeth Allard; and her nephews, Jeffrey and David Allard.
She is survived by : her former life partner Eldred 'Buddy W. Pagel; and her brother Ronald Heid of Watertown. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
The family request all that attend to wear a mask.
