It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Forslin of Horicon, Wisconsin, born in South Range, Michigan, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Forslin and Lisa Forslin; his wife Florence Erdman; and his stepson Keith Erdman of Huntsville, Alabama.. He is survived by : his son John Forslin (Diane) of Fremont; his grandson Daniel (Alyssa) of Greenville, WI; his great grandchildren, Adeline and Genevieve; his granddaughter Anna of Fremont; and his stepdaughter Judy Welch (Lee) of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
