We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2020 we had to say goodbye to William Leon Osteen of Horicon, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Osteen and Eva King Osteen; his wife Yolanda M. "Pete" Childs; his son Kevin Osteen; and his siblings, Don Osteen and Dorothy Brown.

He is survived by : his children, Darcy McDonald (Joe) of Horicon, WI and Greg Osteen (Rene) of Waunakee, WI; his grandsons, Ryan McDonald (Amy) of Horicon, WI, Seth McDonald (Jessie) of Oshkosh, WI and Chad Osteen of Chicago, IL; his great grandchildren, Josie, Logan McDonald of Horicon, WI, Nathan, Dylan and Colin McDonald of Oshkosh, WI; and his sisters, Charlotte Carr of Ottumwa and Connie Swanson of Ottumwa.

Bill's family asks all in attendance to wear masks or an appropriate face covering and adhere to the current social distancing guidelines.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care.
