She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lorraine, Mildred, Victor Luedtke, Anita and Henry Ruscher.
She is survived by: her parents, Dorothy Luedtke and Robert Luedtke; her sisters, Karen Novinger, Debbie Paschen (Brian) and Vicki Retzlaff (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Zechariah, Travis, Joshua, Tucker, Jessica, Angelica, Rebekah, Rob, Taylor, Josiah, Blake and Sarah; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lincoln, Owen, Natalie, Stevie, Remi, Emma, Everett and Wesley.
In lieu of flowers, Amy's family requests monetary expressions of sympathy. Donations will be directed to the nursing program at Viterbo College, as well as St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church.
