She was predeceased by : her parents, Orien Dietz and Julia Dietz (Dean); her husband Gilbert Stangfield; her sister LaVerne Niemuth (Eugene); her brother-in-law Earl Jacquot; and her in-laws, Ione Hardy (Tom), Arlene Heller (Melvin) and Helen Baehman (Robert).

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Stangfield and Randall Stangfield (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Nicole Thompson (Randy), Timm Horn (Wendy), Jeffrey Horn (Bobi) and Steve Byrd; her great grandchildren, Ben Thompson, Collin Thompson and Kayson Horn; and her sister Deloris Jacquot.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Borchardt Moder Funeral Home (109 W Main St, Hortonville, WI 54944). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
