He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Diane Pamperin (Earl), Jane Maier (Greg), Michael (Wendy), Peter (Mary), Karen Rego (Tom), David (Jane) and Paul (Melissa); his grandchildren, Danielle Ovesky (Ken), Kerry Briones (Jorge), Eva Van Egmond (Josh), Shawn Trochinski (Marissa), Luke, Adam Trochinski, Sara Kaczor (Scott), Mike Jr. Whelan (Tracy), Kevin Whelan, Brian, Megan, Leanne Whelan, Shannon, Nick Rego, Bill Bonne (Erin), Angela, Emily and Nathan Whelan; his great grandchildren, Kasey, Briana, Vance, Danicka, Zoe, Martin, Pablo, Logan, Carlie, Alexandria, Wyatt and Garrett; his great great grandchildren, Bradley and Sofia; his siblings, Grace Smither and Peter (Cathy); his sister-in-law Judy Whelan; his son-in-law David Trochinski; his siblings-in-law, Robert Smither, Daniel Fabishak, Mary Whelan of Resurrection and Sharon Whelan of Resurrection; and his father Bonaventure.
