He is survived by: his children, David Perkins (Suzanne) of Hudson, WI and Richard Perkins (Renae) of Elk River, MN; his daughter-in-law Dana Perkins; and his grandchildren, Randy Matheson (Dana), Debbie Carriveau (Rick), Shelly Matheson, Todd Perkins, Arron Perkins, Michael Perkins, Kari LaFlex, Melissa Glancy (Brian), Sean Perkins (Sarah), Joe Perkins and Kayli Sparks (Brian).
