He is survived by: his wife Anne Gulbrandsen; his children, Kristine Lowe, Barbara Sabatino (James), Ruth Walsh (Brian), Peter Lowe (Orvie) and Mark Lowe (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Vince, Joe, Donny, Monica, Maxwell, Jordan and Kimberly.
